By ordering from Butterscotch London Ltd. you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

We must receive full payment for the whole of the price for your products before the order can be accepted. By doing this, you accept the offer on your part which will be confirmed by us via a confirmation email. We enter a legally binding contract with you once we review and accept your order.

Butterscotch will not release personal information about customers to third party businesses or organisations.

The product prices on the Butterscotch website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).



All orders at Butterscotch are subject to acceptance and availability. If any of the products your order is unavailable, we will send you an email or call (providing you have given us correct details) immediately. You will be given the option to cancel or amend / postpone the order until the product is back in stock.



Our services are available only to those who can be legally bound by contracts under the applicable law. Each user of the Website must have a valid credit or debit card and a valid e-mail address for contact purposes. Butterscotch services are available only for payment options listed on the Website.



The Website is directed for those who are over the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you are welcome to browse the site however you are not permitted to place any online orders.

The following Terms define the acceptable use of the Website. While using the Butterscotch website you agree to avoid the following -


Undertaking another person’s identification or false affiliations


Providing counterfeit, stolen or false names, credit/debit card details, address when ordering online.


The delivery charges are displayed on our website.

You will receive an email notification with your products and delivery time. We deliver with an external courier to the address you specify for delivery in your order. Should any details be incorrect, you must contact us immediately.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the postcodes listed on our sites.

We aim to have couriered products delivered within the requested time however delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as London traffic, customers will be notified immediately.

Please ensure someone is available to check the delivery and sign for it to verify that all the products you have ordered have been delivered and undamaged.

If you are away when the order is delivered, we will attempt to contact you with the information provided, to see if it will be possible to deliver to a nearby alternative address. Drivers will wait 10 minutes before the order is returned to Boondocks. If we have to redeliver the order, it will be at your own cost. Alternatively, you can collect your order at Boondocks. Under this circumstance, the initial delivery cost will not be refunded. Please note that discounts do not apply to deliveries in any case unless stated in writing.



Replacements or refunds will be given to the same value if you receive an incorrect or faulty product. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery with clear photos and description. Butterscotch does not accept complaints or liability after time. We are unable to accept returns.

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the date the products are due for collection or delivery in which a full refund will be given. It will be up to the discretion of Butterscotch to provide you with a partial refund or credit note for cancellations after this time.


Right to refuse order

We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if -

We have insufficient stock to make your order

We are unable to deliver to your postcode

Any of the products were listed with errors in their price or descriptions

If we refuse to accept your order you will be notified via e-mail and fully refund the amount you paid to the account from which you made payment as soon as possible.



We reserve the right to use and post photographs of orders we have prepared on our website and social media pages. If you would like to request for us to not use your photos or request them for your own use, you can contact us or let us know when ordering.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Butterscotch. Any use of the website or its contents, including duplication or modifying for your own or commercial use, is not permitted unless requested.

The intellectual property rights in the Website, including copyrights, trademarks, trade names, patents, trade secrets, work methods and processes, and any other right, are the sole property of Butterscotch. These rights apply to textual and photographic information, including images, descriptions and graphics.


Changes to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Please ensure you look at them periodically. By continuing to use the website you agree to any imminent amended Terms. If you disagree with any of the amended terms, then you must avoid any further use of the Website.
