Breakfast at the new Butterscotch Bakery Café Breakfast Bar


We're big believers of breakfast so it's only right we launch our own breakfast bar and show you a fun, fresh way to kick-start your day. We're talking about choosing your own base and toppings, allowing you to mix it up and get creative!

Choose your base of toast, organic porridge (pinhead oatmeal with sea salt, amaranth, 5-grain coconut with dairy or non-dairy milk options to serve) or yoghurt (house-made coconut yoghurt is an option) and then put on toppings - as many you like! 

From fresh fruit compotes (Bourbon dried fig, banana caramel walnut and caramelised pear hazelnut); to fresh fruit (pomegranate seeds, blueberries, banana); to granolas (honey coconut orange, paleo coconut almond); to sugar, spices and powders (house-made chai spice sugar, Himalayan pink sea salt); to sauces (house-made date syrup, fudge sauce); to nut butters (Peanut, white Tahini, Nutella); to dried fruit (Goji berries, sultanas, cranberries) and so much more - stack 'em on and devour! Finally, the opportunity to choose to be good, to be naughty, or a combination of the two forces.  

To accompany your designer brekkie, sip on some Square Mile coffee or an espresso and add organic Estate dairy milk or Butterscotch's house-made organic almond or coconut milk. For those, not caffeine inclined, there will be double dip Belgian hot chocolate, Sundance juices, matcha latte and a variety of teas (Jing Tea, Lalani Tea Company) on offer.

If you're after a quick pick-me-up, then look no further than our freshly baked sticky buns, cinnamon buns and Autumn cakes by the slice (gingerbread with red wine poached pear, chocolate Guinness cheesecake with cream cheese icing, pumpkin ginger cheesecake) to fill the gap.
